Furnishing apartments in the Signature residential complex, located in Kyiv, is one of the new projects. This object showcased ELIOHOME's ability to carry out comprehensive decoration and furnishing of premises. Through a balanced and comprehensive approach, even within a relatively small space of 145 m2, we successfully created an ambiance following the ONE SPACE CONCEPT principle.

RIVERSTONE — a new project by ELIO HOME — interior design of an apartment spanning over 300 sq. m with a large studio-living room at the RIVERSTONE residential complex in Kyiv. The primary objective of the designers was to preserve an open, luminous, uncluttered space, while simultaneously delineating distinct functional areas.

The OBOLON SKY APARTMENT is an example of the successful realization of a one space concept within a small 79.0 m2 room. This studio apartment was designed for a young couple seeking temporary residence. Specialists from ELIO HOME, in collaboration with the interior design studio INTA DESIGN and architect Yaroslav Zadorozhny, worked together to create this unified style flat.

PARKOVY | The congress and exhibition center is a world-class complex suitable for hosting events of various scales, including exhibitions, conferences, congresses, forums, concerts, and private functions. It stands as one of Ukraine's most technologically advanced, modern, and spacious event venues. The equipment of the complex, made using premium materials and advanced equipment, meets international standards.

The ELIO company successfully realized a unique project within the interior of the "A+" class IQ Business Center, using curved panels decorated with walnut root veneer.

4ROOM is a large three-story furniture shopping center, which interior had to be decorated in a single style. The client presented a challenging task: to make high-quality paneling for a classic interior spanning nearly 40,000 square meters.

In 2009, the renowned French fashion house Baby DIOR opened its first premium boutique in Kyiv at the "Mandarin PLAZA" shopping center. ELIO HOME was tasked with faithfully replicating the neoclassical interior of this boutique in Ukraine, in strict accordance with the DIOR brand's requirements.

The uniqueness of this project lies in the complex combination of monolithic veneered panels on the walls and ceilings with classic monumental travertine panels, which smoothly transition into the finishing of hidden installation doors.
