The uniqueness of this project lies in the complex combination of monolithic veneered panels on the walls and ceilings with classic monumental travertine panels, which smoothly transition into the finishing of hidden installation doors.
Two AIR LINE glass wardrobes, based on new modernized profiles, are installed in the premises. One of the wardrobes is open and separated by transparent OTIUM partitions made of bronze glass. The master wardrobe is supplemented by an island with glass drawer fronts and a showcase for accessories.
Unique custom furniture, including cabinets, drawers, and mirrors, was designed for the bathrooms.
The kitchen was created in collaboration with the “Stone Gallery”. Storage systems and household appliances are fully integrated and concealed behind marble and natural veneer panels. The island is also decorated with marble.
The site features wall panels and ELDOOR doors with various finishes, including painted glass, mirror, veneer, and natural marble.
Panels on the corridor walls and ceiling are covered with Bog Oak veneer. The veneer leaves are selected strictly according to the pattern to create a single composition.

"The individual adaptation of our nodes to the products of neighboring contractors is worth noting. Spot and track lights, as well as ventilation, were integrated into the panels on the ceiling, and access hatches for technical maintenance were thoughtfully designed in a way that is barely noticeable and does not spoil the overall appearance of the panels" - Lesya Popadiuk, project manager.
